Prelighten First
To get vibrant results that match the colors depicted in these photos you will need to pre-lighten your hair first. But don't worry; Bigen's got you covered. Just be sure to use Bigen Dust Free Powder Lightener and 20 Volume Cream Developer, which can be purchased right here.
Be sure to purchase the amount of these lighteners needed to cover the length of your hair. Here are general guidelines:
- Very Short Hair (one inch or less): .5oz Powder (1/2 pouch) | 1 oz Developer (1/4 bottle)
- Short Hair (2-4 inches): 1oz Powder (one pouch) | 2 oz Developer (1/2 bottle)
- Medium Hair (shoulder-length): 2oz Powder (two pouches) | 4 oz Developer (1 bottle)
- Long Hair (past shoulder): 4oz+ Powder (four or more pouches) | 8 oz Developer (2 bottles)
